Shipping & Sales Policy

• Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after order is placed. 
• Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail or Fedx.
• Orders are delivered within 2-5 days after order is shipped by us, depending on your location.
• We package all orders securely, however we cannot guarantee that breakages will not occur. Any breakages that do occur are due to courier handling and not due to inadequate packaging.
• If ordering for a holiday or other special occasion, please order in advance as inventories can be lower and delivery times can be longer.
• We only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US protected territories.
• We do not ship internationally.
• If you are unhappy with our products, you can email us to allow us to evaluate the issue, before we determine if a refund would apply.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, and any other cards Paypal accepts. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase from us. All you need is a credit or debit card which has a logo from one of the aformentioned card issuers.  However, Paypal account holders have the added benefit of using funds within their Paypal account as well as funds directly from a bank account.  This is convenient for those that do not have a credit or debit card.
